Ingredients

  • Eggplants 350 g
  • Tomatoes 200 g
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 80 ml
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Black pepper 3 peppercorns
  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs (for serving) – 3 sprigs

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Cut the eggplants with longitudinal cubes and soak in salt water for 10 minutes.
