Sometimes on a keto diet I really want bread to pamper yourself with a classic sandwich or toast for breakfast. With this simple recipe for my Keto-Khleb, you can not deny yourself anything!

Ingredients

  • Flour (low-carb) – 340 g
  • Water 400 ml
  • Dry yeast 15 g
  • Salt 0.5 tsp

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Take flour with low carbohydrates (for example, linen, almond, sesame, coconut, from sunflower seeds). If you have several different types, you can make a mixture.

Add warm (no more than 40 degrees) water, yeast and salt.

Knock the soft dough.

Put the dough in a baking dish previously covered with parchment paper. Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place without drafts so that it comes well.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake bread for 55-60 minutes.

Let Keto-Khleb cool by placing it on the lattice.
