  • Zucchini 1.5 kg
  • Tomatoes 1 kg
  • Bulgarian pepper 4 pieces
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Sugar 100 g
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Cut the tsukini and pepper in medium -sized cubes.

Grind the tomatoes in a blender or meat grinder and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar and boil for 10 minutes.

Send the rest of the vegetables and vegetable oil to the tomatoes, and boil for another 20 minutes.
